📦 Orders & Shipping

Every PPSITÕ item is freshly produced after your order – made to order, no stock. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your package is shipped. A tracking number will be sent automatically via email.

If you have any questions about delivery times, changes, or issues with your order, just get in touch – we'll sort it out.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your goods. Just send us a short email at return@papasito.net – we'll take care of the rest.
