📦 How It Works

Every PPSITÕ piece is printed fresh after you order. Here’s the journey your order takes:

1. Order Confirmation — You receive an email immediately after placing your order.
2. Production (3–7 business days) — Your item is being printed and quality-checked at one of our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.
3. Shipping Confirmation — Once your parcel ships, you receive an email with your DHL tracking number.
4. Delivery — DHL delivers your order (2–4 business days within Germany).

Production takes 3–7 business days. If it has been more than 10 business days since your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please get in touch — we will sort it out for you.
